Can I come-in and use the copiers on the site?
We would love to see you, but we do not allow walk-ins. If you have something special, ask for a quote first and be descriptive and our
team will setup and appointment for you. You can only order online. It’s faster. Simply order, upload your file and pick-up your product.
Unlike other stores, you don’t have to stand in a line, wait for your turn and waste a lot of your preciouse time.
What times can I pick-up my product?
Our standard on-site hours are Monday to Friday from 10:15 am to 2 pm.
Even better - you are able to setup time for contactless pick-up from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday
What type of files can I bring-in or email for printing?
For copying: Only PDF
We also accept JPEG, TIFF or TIF
Make sure to check that the files are 8.5”x11” or 11”x17”
For posters or large format: We recommend, TIFF, PDF or JPEG (300 dpi 1:1)
Can you modify the files for me?
Yes, but there is a charge for this service. Your item can be dropped-off with instructions. Check with our team to see what can be done.
Can you scan and save the files for me?
Yes. Maximum size is 12”x18”. If you have multiple documents, ask our team for a quote.
Do you offer designing services?
Yes, we do. Ask us for a quote.
Do you offer full setup for Wedding or Corporate events?
Yes, we do. You can design your items through CANVA or have our team design it for you. We have an in-house design team and can
even help you navigate. Our sister print company is also on site. You will be amazed what we can do.
